jogging baek untk kesihatan...;))

assalamualaikum...slmat pagi cinta..hehehe...sprti yg tertera kat title ats 2...ak ari nie pg2 da bgn tuk jogging...mmg smgat gler r koott...hehehe...tp ak mmg brhasrt tuk jogging tiap sbtu n ahad...da akhir nye trcapai jgak..hahaha...nk brsukan ak nie pmalas org nye...awl2 dulu je laa dtg selection netball...ad r 2 3 ari dtg pas2 x g da...(bab x dpt selection 2..hahaha)...jd oleh sbab itu,,ak brtekad tuk memula kan utk mguat kn stamina ak yg mmg sblm nie lmah pon...hahaha...td pon g round 2 psingan je...ngikut ke kepale adk ak zulaikha 2...lari2 skit pnat da...aduhhh bkn nk support ak...hahaah...pe2 pon ad jgak laa org nk tman ak lri...esok kte akn cbe untk snbung ag...n nk wat bnyk2 skit round...bru shat n bleh jd KURUS...hahaha....;))so,,zafierah!!chaiyok2 bebeh...u leh wat nye laa...hehehe...
